To order books in small quantities, you
can purchase directly from us. For faster shipping, you can also purchase
from amazon.com or barnesandnoble.com.
If ordering directly from us, please use
the following information:
- Compute the total amount (most books
are $16, chapbooks $4).
- California residents add 7.75% sales
tax
- U.S. residents add $3 shipping/handling
per book ($1.50 per chapbook)
